Web Sticky Notes is an open-source, web-based interface for organising tasks into swim-lanes. The main application has a very simple task-board with swim-lanes and you can drag and drop the sticky notes between the swim lanes. There is also an admin application for more advanced editing.
The project is currently in its early stages, but you can follow it on the Web Sticky Notes Codeplex page.
