The Mag officially launched in 2003, and in under five years became the largest independent and alternative music magazine in the UK (source: Alexa).
As well as covering hundreds of new bands every year, The Mag held awards shows in 2007 and 2008 to reward the best bands as voted by the readers of the magazine.
The Mag was officially retired on 28th April 2012 after nearly ten years of covering new music.I use a cookie on this website.
