Neon Vice

I've played drums in quite a few bands, either for live shows or on recordings. My most recent drumming job was for rootsy rock gods, Neon Vice. The element that attracted me to this band was their fusion of smouldering guitar riffs, funky bass lines and a ripping rock vocal.

I actually reviewed the band once or twice before I found out that they needed a drummer, so I knew that they had some great songs and I also knew about their legendary live performance. I've moved on from most bands I've played drums for, but I never got the urge to leave Neon Vice. They had plenty of ideas, tons of new songs on the way through and an element of excitement every time they got on stage.
