Essential Book for Designers
Monday, 23rd June 2008
There are hundreds of books out there on web design. On the whole, I tend to buy them for a bit of inspiration and then they lose all of their value because it all moves on so fast. What looks great today will undoubtedly look a bit tired given time.
However, there is one book that doesn't seem to date because it's about usability of design rather than the artistic aspects.

"Don't Make Me Think", by Steve Krug, is a commen sense guide to creating usable interfaces and the information between the covers will change the way you think about putting it all together. You can find out more about the book and read a sample chapter at www.sensible.com
